Shelton's Heat & Air

In a two week time frame, I called the business line three times, called the cell phone three times and left a message twice. Told the man where I lived (10 minutes from shop), that my air was out, and if he could look at my unit at his earliest convience. Not a single phone call was answered nor was a phone call recieved in response to my messages. This man was recommended to me by a friend as I like to go by recommendations. That's why I was so adamant about going through this man to do business. I am disappointed that the business line was never answered and even if the man was to busy those two weeks to get to me that he didn't return my phone call to let me know when he would be available to come take a look.
