I called a couple times today to inquire about services - the guy who answers was a jerk. Not very helpful answering questions and when I asked for references, he got flippant and defensive by asking how it would be different if I brought it to Best Buy or anywhere else because I don’t know the person working on it there, either. I don't think asking for references is THAT crazy if I'm entrusting a business with my laptop.



He said check the yellowpages.com where there are reviews, of which I am the only one so far.



I'm not going to bother with these people.
