AT&T Store

First, it is not ATT authorized dealer. I went to the ATT store on Greyhound Pass and they were unable to find my account in their system, because it was opened at this store. They said it was not an authorized ATT dealer. Second, when I bought my phone, I told them clearly for what purpose I wanted to use the phone. I was assured I would be able to download what I wanted to download. THIS IS NOT TRUE. It is a windows phone. Not an I phone or android. Thus, it will not do what I repeatedly stated I wanted it to do! I cannot get another phone without paying full price, and they will do nothing to help me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. GO TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO knows what their products will do and will not do. You want people who are honest. and honest people do NOT work here!
