I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed I am with the Guardsman Insurance policy that I was sold by your salesman Kenney G. My wife and I purchased a leather sofa sectional with the electric motors. I was concerned about the motors and is the main reason I purchased the Insurance. We were very happy with the furniture that we purchased and our experience at your store. We came back to Below Market when we were shopping for a new bed. Again, our experience with your sales people was exceptional and we have no complaints with our purchase. However, the stitching started to come apart in several section of the sofa. Not wanting this to get worse we contacted Guardsmen. We quickly recognized that we were dealing with a company who operates on lies and deceit. They obviously put ridiculous road blocks in the way and made filing a claim with them a nightmare. We are living in the age of e-mail and the internet, but everything must be done with snail mail and with unwarranted deadlines. After speaking to your administration personnel, we understand Kittles will be refunding our fee for the insurance policy. That is fine, but that does not get our furniture fixed, and does not alleviate the bad taste in my mouth over this episode. It is not just the money either. We spent weeks of frustration in dealing with this so called insurance company. My time is too valuable to be wasting with dealing with such a fraud.
