With very specific search criteria, Ty went to work in identifying potential candidate properties. During this process, Ty was extremely patient and helpful. I dragged him to about 12 properties before we found the right one. He never complained (although he probably should have because I'm sure I was a pain) and made himself available anytime I had a question. An added benefit to working with Ty (especially if you are purchasing a fixer upper) is that he has a background in residential property repair. He essentially conducted a mini property inspection for every property we looked at. He saved me a ton of time and money by avoiding properties with issues that would have been too difficult or expensive to repair myself. Ty has proven to be extremely dedicated to his clients and I couldn't recommend him more highly!
