Wm. "Dirt" Dugan Landscaping Inc.

Called William Dugan to reset my patio pavers that were sunken. He inspected the job site and reported that my pavers were in good shape. Also stated he is backed up and did not know when he would be coming. He called and left a message unexpectedly that he was sending 2 men over to complete the job. I didn’t even get the message until his workers showed up.An hour later I received a call from one of his guys, Bob, stating that they removed some pavers and they were all broken on the bottom. He asked me what I wanted to do. I asked how many did you pick up? He said 20. Wouldn’t 2 or 3 be enough to know if they are not usable? –especially when there are no new ones to replace them. I said stop now and throw the pavers back where you found them. I immediately called Bill Dugan and never received a return call. I received a bill for $195.00 with nothing to show for it. He even admits that he realizes nothing was complete but goes on to justify his Bill. He is the expert. He should have pulled a couple pavers when he inspected the job. He also needs to educate his staff to stop working whenever there is a problem. Bad experience. Poor Communication and Customer Service. Beware!

Dugan landscaping replaced a 6 foot retaining wall next to my driveway. The crew was very professional and the work was high quality.

"Dirt" Dugan was very easy to work with and he even honored a quote he gave me a year later.

If you need a retaining wall, this is the guy to do it!
