Monday 12/17/2018 at 10 am, I was greeted warmly by Jacob as I entered the Verizon store.

He kindly helped move the SIM card from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. When I expressed concern that my clear case from Apple had no screen protector, he quickly recommended the 9H Premium Tempered Glass Screen Pro, which I purchased. He then expertly placed it on my new iPhone.

Jacob was courteous, thoughtful, and obviously an expert, expressing thoroughness and skill in handling my iPhones.

Two other customers followed me in. Jacob politely said he would assist them momentarily. He recognized them apparently from an earlier visit to the store. The phone rang during our transaction. Jacob was kindly toward the caller, quickly scheduling an appointment, then hung up, apologizing for the interruption.

I highly commend Jacob for his professionalism, marked by courtesy, kindness, and thoughtfulness.
