Marias Front Room

My boyfriend and I went out to Ferndale on a Friday night to see a show at the Magic Bag. We originally planned on going to Diables Tex Mex Cantina, which is right down the road, but the wait was 45 minutes and we didn't have that much time to waste. So we started walking back down the street to our car and happened to see the back entrance to Maria's Front Room. I really think fate stepped in for us, because that place has some seriously good food. It was crowded, tiny restaurant, but we sat at the bar and amused ourselves with watcvhing the workers intereact with each other and talked with them a bit. Our waitress gave us a plate of the best garlic bread I have ever tasted. Seriously, take some to go, you'll thank me later. I had the classic chicken parm and he had the chicken alfredo, both were outstanding, and big enough portions to take some home for the next day. Teh staff was great, very friendly and funny. I highly reccomend this place!
