        Our experience with Samantha Lowe was absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY!! She stopped responding all together after blocking our numbers and missed 2 appointments without legitimate reason. This was 1.5 months before the wedding. After deciding to part ways, she refused to refund our money (even the extra money paid unrelated to the deposit). We took her to small claims court and she never even bothered to show up. After losing in court, she still refuses to refund our money. SCAM ARTIST ALERT!
