        This store has the sweet, hometown feel with great local products and all the Hallmark signature things you want (card, ornaments, etc.). But the customer service? What a nightmare! Cashier was very sweet to start, then soured once I tried to use a coupon on my phone. But she put it through. Later, I tried to use the coupon on a separate visit. I was unaware the coupon couldn't be used twice. My fault for not reading the fine print, but the store's staff treated me like a criminal. Instead of explaining the coupon as one-time-use, they had all kinds of backtalk and runaround and confusion instead of a simple explanation. I was so embarrassed and shocked. I won't return. Buyer beware. Buy your great Hallmark goodies elsewhere.

        Overall

        We have been in the store at least 4 times in the last month, only to get home and no gold seal. We go Hallmark for the quality and yes the seal :(
