I've been using this company for over 10 years. I cant say enough about their professionalism, promptness, expertise and friendliness of the staff behind the scenes and the staff picking up. I give them a 10!!!! Thanks Southview Sanitation.

Used this company several years ago until I called to complain that my trash was not being picked up and the woman at the office became belligerent and screamed that she would "come over there and beat (my) ass". Recently moved and went with them again because my neighbors swore they were great- hey, people can change, right? They were wonderful for the first 8 months or so, but then they started missing pick ups (frequently). When I call I usually get a busy signal- even in the middle of the night when they are closed (phone off the hook? every day?. They won't pick up yard trash unless you leave a message- kind of hard to do when they leave the phone off the hook. On the one occasion I was able to leave a message about a missed pick up, my call was never returned. Yes, people can change, but clearly these people have not! Not only are we never late on payments, we pay several months in advance. They have no business being in business!

UPDATE: Oh this just got better. Jackass truck driver almost runs over my 6yo riding his bike, with me beside him, not once but twice. I yell for the driver to stop. He then leans out and begins yelling at me. Keeps yelling something under the noise of the truck. Acts like he is going to get out of the truck. This company has lost my business after 9 years. Next time i see your jackass driving like this thru my neighborhood i will hold him for the sheriff dept. Currently waiting for the owner of the company to return my call so i can personally tell him why he is losing my business.



Just had my can emptied in front of my house. When i went to collect the can at the curb i found a pile of garbage in the street in front of my mailbox. The pile contained screws, shards of broken bottles, food, and pieces of metal. None of this even came out of my can. See pics. It took me 10 minutes to clean it up and now we are left with a greasy, oily stain in front of our house. I expect better.

Haven't been late on payments and haven't had my trash picked up in 5 cycles, called to ask about they assured me it would be fixed today but it wasn't and still no trash service

Have been with this company for almost nine years and love them. I had city pickup prior and this company is much better. They can be hard to get on the phone sometimes but I just call back, not a big deal. It is a small office and they have a lot of customers. They pick up almost anything I put out have never had them miss a pick up. They also will pick up recyclables once a week and larger pickups on request. The low price is well worth the service you get
