I’m pleased with services given by ID Care to my father, Dr. Savaliya and his team is the best, they provided us samples of medicines until we can actually get the medication approved by the insurance. Office is clean and neat, everyone was very professional, we were in lot of stress due to new diagnosis but all were relieved after talking with the doctor, thank you.

We decided to take my father at id care after a bad experience with another doctor, he keep having infection in his leg after the surgery 3 years ago, his leg suddenly swells and start hurting, if antibiotics not started immediately, he ends up in hospital, after couple incidents Dr. Vipul prescribe additional antibiotics to hold at home for emergency, which helped us to avoid almost 3 trips to hospital emergency. It was routine for us to go to emergency when leg swells up, this is a big help to us and we appreciate the care given by this doctor.

My experience was amazing and satisfying. I felt that ID Care staff was very interested in my father’s comfort. Everything was well explained. We never made to feel that caring for him was a burden. We had no reluctance to ask for what needed. On top of that medical outcome is great so far I would recommend ID Care and Dr. Savaliya to anyone who needs treatment for serious infection.

If you need an excellent doctor, go no further, I choose this clinic based on Google reviews, And after living in the town for five years finally I found genuine quality doctor that I would like to stay with, Staff is welcoming and personalize care, Dr. Savaliya is incredibly thorough and complete, takes genuine interest in you, Office is neat and clean, ladies in the front are nice.

My brother can’t hear and talk, they have even hired sign language interpreter, so far none the doctors we saw provided that service, we are very thankful to ID Care and its staff.

I’m taking my mother to this office for 2 years, they are still maintaining excellent standard of care, I have called so many times even for small reasons but they always address it with happy face. I wish my primary care doctor’s office shows same courtesy & unfortunately this practice doesn’t see patients for primary care.

Dr. Savaliya is a wonderful physician! He was very friendly, patient, and professional during my recent visit with him to treat my condition. I appreciated the information he gave me about my condition and the options for treatment. The medications he gave me was quick and efficient. After a few weeks, the problem was almost entirely gone with minimal side effects. He's a fantastic doctor and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with this type of infection. The check in staff was polite and very professional and courteous. Stephanie was very nice, and the lady in the lab took my blood was very very sweet. I regret that I do not recall her name. She had already inserted the needle and I was still waiting for the pain. I really did not detect that she had inserted the needle and was filling one tube of blood.
