ales experience was great the actually delivery and furniture has been horrendous the furniture I received had dates on it from 2014 has been sitting somewhere for almost 2 years when the furniture arrived it was damaged and very poor quality of craftsmanship still waiting on replacement don't recommend shop elsewhere

The furniture is TOP NOTCH !!!!!!!!!! Yeah, you may pay a little more, but IT'S WORTH IT !!!!!!!!!!!

Husband and I came in to find a desk chair but were dumbfounded by the amount of product available. it was nice to see so much selection. When we needed help, we found a sales rep who had introduced herself as soon as we had entered. She also helped us find the perfect couch that we had missed. Left with a new bed frame, a couch, and of course a desk chair. Plus 5% for military. Would definitely recommend this store.

I was given the absolute best customer service at this store. Jill was my salesperson and I explained that I was in need of a lift chair for my wife with some very specific requirements. When we entered the store we were greeted by Mr. John Shirley who asked if he could be of assistance, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us where to look. He did not follow us around the store, but did check on us after some time had passed. We had questions and he answered them. He was very professional and courteous. We found what we wanted and made the purchase. Shopping at Bullard Furniture was a very pleasant experience. While looking for what we wanted, as we passed other associates, they greeted us also. I would recommend Bullard Furniture to my family and friends any time they need furniture. Enjoyed the shopping experience.
