        No way

        Pros: theater, kitchen

        Cons: noisy late night noise outside, you can hear conversations, body functions, etc from your neighbors. Frogs everywhere and bugs from ponds around property. New management no better. Don't feel safe walking at night alone in some areas. Lot of crime around Christmas less after. You will see police cars at least once a week. Mostly for domestic.
