AAIMS Property Management

AAIMS Property really came through for me when my home had no tenants in it for months with a different company. They used great marketing strategies to get my rental income back and have made managing my property so much less of a headache. I truly appreciate all they do.

I've been living under AAIMS for 4 and a half years now, in two different apartments. The maintenance staff is understanding and prompt when resolving issues and repairing things that come up. They are hands down the best property management place that I've ever rented with. My property manager is very attentive and helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The office staff is extremely friendly and are always willing to help out. I would recommend (and actually do) renting through these guys over all competitors throughout the Fayetteville area. Not only are they excellent, but they own all the awesome properties and their prices are reasonable.

AAIMS Property initially appears to be too good to be true. But the "too good" is the truth! AAIMS delivers what they say and then some. Going the extra mile is just how they roll. My girlfriend and I fell in love with a place. We had a few technical issues. They were patient and worked it out with us. AAIMS was extremely responsive, fast, efficient, professional and had a sense of humor.

I’m very satisfied with the work that AAIMS Properties performs on my various properties. I was with their competitors for over a year with little to no activity. The decision to switch managers was hard but in the end it all turned out for the best. Somehow you managed to rent out all but one of my properties (one was going through some renovations) during the first 3 months of working together. Your targeted marketing techniques and various connections have really paid off. Thanks for making my properties work for me instead of against me.

Staff is diligent about their work and very good about getting back to me if I don't reach them initially. They've been very good to me and I appreciate it.

Usually I don't take the time to write reviews, sad I know, but I had to make a point to rave about AAIMS Prop Mgmt. They are awesome!! The apartment building was looking very shabby but they recently went through and made it look like a completely different place, such a huge improvement! Really appreciate the hard work of your company, not too many are actually eager to help their tenants.
