Ring of Fitness

Most of the cardio machines don't work. According to management some machines haven’t worked in months. Despite this, management refuses to put “out of order” signs on them, so that the broken machines don’t turn people away. The equipment that actually does work is extremely old and rusted. Some machines have mildew and other gunk growing on them where the paint has peeled away and the rust has settled. Additionally, there are no showers and only one separate bathroom each for men and women. One particular treadmill sounded as if it was going to collapse as soon as it was turned on.

Customer service is under par and very unhelpful. The office person didn’t know the name of the machines or how to use them. And despite it being a 24 hr gym, it is only staffed during normal business hours. As a result if you work-out in the morning or evening and need assistance, you are out of luck. The gym is very dimly lit, thus not making it the safest looking place after sunset. That coupled with its location make it very sketchy at night.

Everything about this place is a train wreck. Despite their claim, they are NOT the only 24 gym in Fayetteville, nor are they the most economical for the money. Don’t waste the time or money going there.
