Chestnut Apartments

I've lived here for 9 months and in that time I have had more issues with brainless management than any one person should. When I first moved in, my apartment smelled like cat pee and continued to for several months. I kept telling them to get the carpet cleaned. Three times this happened with no results when finally we realized they sent them to the wrong apartment! It still smelled like pee until I put baking soda on the floor and vacuumed it myself. The walls are thin and this apartment holds in EVERYTHING including ANY smell. I'm a very clean person but if I cooked anything, the smell lingers for a long time. Plus, my next door neighbors smoked and the smell would creep into my apartment. The carpet is poo brown and very old. The whole place needs to be updated badly. It's in the ghetto and no one bothered to tell me I live right down the street form a registered se.x offender. It's $355 a month fo r 540 sq ft and let me assure you, I'm being over charged. Do not live here if you value your time, money and safety. I am a single female- don't live here like me.
