They can't seem to get anything right. Order messed up. Missing a hamburger patty and the bacon. Took back. Got home again, and order was still messed up. Still no bacon and the burger had cheese when cheese was asked to be left off. Staff members were playing around in the lobby visiting with family members, throwing ketchup packets across the counter at their friends, and a guy in plain clothes (one of the family members) went back behind the counter into the food prep area and took it upon himself to make milkshakes for the 4 kids he had there. No one rang them up on the register or paid. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you do, you'd better unwrap everything and check to make sure you get the correct order.

Sunday, we went through the drive through for breakfast. It was almost 1:00 pm so we knew we would have to go to the curb and wait for the hash browns. 12 minutes later I walked in to see what was taking so long. A girl was walking around the counter with a bag of food and I asked if it was mine. She said are you waiting at the curb, I said "yes, what took so long" she said "we had to cook your hash browns fresh". I pulled out the hash brown handed it to her and asked does that feel hot to you,she said no and took it to the manager. The manager then came and offered to cook me fresh ones, She said it will only take 3 minutes. I then asked her if it only takes 3 minutes how come we waited for 12 and still received lukewarm, soggy hash browns. She then turned around and went right back to putting food in a bag for someone else and left me standing there. I asked her if she was purposefully ignoring me and she said in a nasty tone, I have obvious orders to fill. Then this man behind me starts screaming at me to take what she offered me or get the hell out of the store and quit acting like that in front of his daughter. I never raised my voice, I wasn't rude, I even called her ma'am. I politely told him to mind his own business that I had a legitimate complaint and every right to express my displeasure. He continued to get in my face and yell at me in front of his child and then called the police. He was the only one yelling and causing a scene. I am a female disable veteran with PTSD and this did not go over well being attacked by him and disrespected by the manager. She then had the audacity to thank him for calling the police. I left the store. I really wanted to wait on the officer so I could have filed a complaint against the man yelling at me. And to see the look on his face for being called there because I complained about my hash browns. I am appalled by this kind of behavior and management. And for this reason I will never eat there again.

Slowest Taco Bell in Nwa don't come here if you need your fast food to be fast I've spent at least 20 minutes the past 3 times I've been on to go orders and two out of the three there were only 3 customers in the place how can this take this long?
Tasted old and stale. Soda syrup was low and they couldn't get our order right so we just took what they rang up!
I had my daughter pick me up an order of French fries. they're named wrong! They should be called hog fries because only a hog would eat the. they tasted of old burnt grease, they were cold and unsalted. disgusting!
So I went to this Taco Bell at 2am in the morning. I had just partied my a$$ off at two house shows and was craving me a quesorito, that I knew would be worth the wait! 2:45am comes around and I can finally smell the smelly smell after waiting in the drive thru. It was taunting me like you would a dog with a tennis ball. Much to my dismay when I got home I was only given TWO sauces when I asked for a lot. By this point my night is ruined. I didn't know that this Taco Bell resided on North Korean land!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Drive thru workers are lazy and incompetent. Don't even think about asking for condiments with your meal cause there's no way you're getting them. Management is rude and genuinely does not care about the kind of service they give out. You will be VERY DISSATISFIED if you choose this McDonald's. The one on Weddington is a much better option.

Don't waste your time eating here. I went there in August and ordered the new Hawaiian pork sandwich. When I took a bite of the sandwich I felt a sharp pain and then I realized I was about to choke on something. When I spit everything out of my mouth I found a sharp piece of a bone. When I told the employees they insisted on keeping the bone so they could send it to the meat packing company. I continued to have pain and found out I had chipped my tooth and needed a crown. I contacted the corporate office who in turn had the local owner call me. At first he said it was the packing companies fault and notified me his employees put the bone in the trash. After some more conversation he said he would call his insurance company. Several days the owner had not called me back so I contacted him and he said he needed to see the bill. After sending him a copy of the bill he would not reimburse me, told me Firehouse was a franchise and that I couldn’t prove the condition of my tooth before going into his restaurant. So basically eating a sandwich at Firehouse Subs cost me 975.00!!!
