If I could give a negative review I would. We have contacted the betterr buisness bureau and filed a formal complaint, as well as a civil law suit. I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere. These people are illegal, unethical, and cruel. We took my son's car to them to be repaired. We were told it would cost $15 dollars for the part and $20 in labor. They said the part was on back order and would take 2 weeks. We called at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, and 6 weeks. We were told over and over that it still was not ready. Then last night they called and told us it was fixed and ready to pick up and we owed 300! Three HUNDRED! That is more then the entire car cost when we bought It! When asked why they said there was alot wrong with the car that needed fixed, like a bumper and tires. We told them we never reque sted any of that, just the steering, and that we were not paying for things we did not request. They told us to come get the car. My husband went down to get the car and they then told him they would only charge him 120. He asked them to show him the order (we had written down what we wanted fixed along with our contact info when we took it in) and the receipt. They brought it out, with our requested order under the receipt for dozens of parts we did not order. My husband asked them to let him see it and to show him where he wrote down the reque usted repair. The owner and an employee both put their hands on it and refused to let him see. He informed them he needed to take a picture of our written request and the order. They refused, and also refused to let him have my son's car. They said that they needed to take all the parts off and he could get it when they were done. At this point my husband was beyond frustrated. How are we to trust that they are going to take off correct parts and replace it with our original working parts? They kicked him and of the store! Made him and my kids leave and kept My son's car! Horrible buisness!
