went there for Christmas decorations and got some pens as well. got back home opened my bag and found only the Christmas items. went back to get the pens but the worker could not find my item. so since I needed them I had to pay for another set. will not be going back there.
Called to check on an order that I hadn't received for one month, sale person could not find the order, called me a winer. Spoke to manager who finally told me it was on back order. When I mentioned the winer comment by salesman he said, well if we get crap we give it back. At no point were they given crap by me, just wanted to know where my order was. I recommend ordering via the Internet through any other company! I'd rather have no customer service than that kind of customer service.
I ordered flowers and a happy birthday Balloon which cost me $53 including delivery.I chose to get the flowers delivered on August 12 2014 with clear instructions about the time of delivery. Unfortunately Dalbol delivered the flowers a week in advance, taking care of my instructions to deliver after 4 pm but forgetting the DAY of delivery. I had planned a surprise for a family member and because of their carelessness it all got ruined. I lost my money for something that was not meant for. I emailed them about it and also called but couldn't get hold of anyone. I am not ordering again. I will change my views about the shop if they are able to fix this issue for me.
Dalbol Flowers & Gifts was suggested to us by a local funeral home director who said they did beautiful work. Having been a florist myself for over 25 years,I hoped for the best.We needed a casket piece & matching floor plants for a family member's services.We met with the owner,Steve Wassberg & he listened carefully. The casket piece was beautiful,just what we wanted.Our whole family was so pleased & heard so many comments about the lovely "family flowers." Five stars for a wonderful job,Dalbol Florist & Gifts!
