I have been calling their office for 4 months without them returning my calls. I am 70 years old and need a new c pap machine and supplies. My Doctor has sent them a new prescription for the equipment 4 times with out them confirming the faxes. I called Lincare's corporate care i- team without them solving the problem.I am very stressed out and looking for an other supplier.
Have not had a good experience at all have been waiting for 6 days for a delivery called 4 times each time I have been put onI have not had a good experience at all have called numerous times with no results it has been 6 days now since l called for an order and each time l call l get put on hold called again yesterday on hold for 45 minutes told me they'd be here today here l am still waiting
I will NEVER use them again. I have never had so many problems at a pharmacy. I would definately not recommend that anyone use them. And to top it off they will not waive the fee no matter what ins u have!
