Starck, Principal, received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, a nationally recognized institution in engineering technology. When required, William Starck Architects, Inc utilizes reputable outside engineering consulting firms to provide mechanical, electrical, structural, civil and environmental engineering services. William C. Starck has been a registered architect in Massachusetts since 1973 and prior to the establishment of William Starck Architects, Inc he was the president and chief architect for a Rhode Island based architectural/engineering firm specializing in renovations of public facilities, where he was responsible for the development and production of design & construction documents. William Starck Architects, Inc provides all phases of architectural design services for new building construction as well as renovations to existing facilities. The firm specializes in the technical and engineering aspects of building construction and renovation with particular emphasis on the review, evaluation & analysis of both public and private projects.
