        The garage roof had leaked while I was on vacation. I needed a quick mold inspection. James returned my call the same day. He was able to arrange me into a busy schedule. The inspection method he used for the garage was a non intrusive next generation imaging that could look through the wall and detect water leaks and more. Didn't have to rip the wall apart to inspect. Very reasonable price. I received a full report with pics. Realtors, Homeowners, Renters; no need to call anyone else.
