Pampered Pets

I also bought a dog at Pampered pets that ended up with pneumonia. Had to take it to animal hospital where it fought for its life for 3 days!!!!! Our bill all together was over a $1000.00. I can't even get the owner to call me back. I think any store that sells a sick animal should at the minimum give full refund back. And if it was a good respectable store they should refund dog and pay vet bills!!!! If not they and their breaders should not be in bussiness!!!!

DON'T EVER BUY YOUR PET FROM HERE!!!! I bought a 2 month old shih tzu from them and TWO days later he got sick. i had to take him to the Animal Emergency Center because it was late at night and he wasn't moving or anything. they told me he had an upper respiratory infection (which is something that he got from the other dogs at the pet shop) and i had to pay $300 for him to stay there over night because the veterinarian said that if i took him home he wouldnt make it through the night. The next day i called pampered pets to tell them about the situation and the manager didn't even care!!! She told me that they would only give me $75 dollars back. Who sells their customers sick animals and then don't take responsibility for the vet bills!?!?! I had to take the puppy back and forth to the vet everyday for a week until he got better. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service pampered pets provided and i wouldnt recommend that ANYONE get their pet from here!
