After seeing an episode of my redneck wedding and seeing some custom rings made here, we decided to ask them to make my custom wedding ring. Needless to say they had plenty of time to get the job done, but the ring was not completely done by our wedding date. We had false promises of it being completed the way I wanted it.. After several months They let me pick it up still uncompleted and asked me to bring it back at a later time... The ring I paid for was suppose to be 14K gold, finding out a few days ago it was only 6K gold, never was completed... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN....PLEASE PLEASE SHOP AROUND BEFORE STOPPING HERE....

They have done repair work for me at a decent price. I have sold jewelry and silver coins there. If you have high-end pieces, gemstones, or anything questionable to sell...see Deb, the owner. I know they have paid me under "spot" price so don't sell anything you could regret. They pay cash which is so much easier. The jewelry pieces I have seen in there seem to be nice quality. Most of the staff seems very courteous. Overall, a nicely run business.

I have always had very good service with this company. No matter what my fiance or I have needed that have always been there for us on jewelry needs. They will work with you and make sure that no matter how much money you have to work with they give you a bang for your buck. Plus they have the best sales person in the world, Teri.
