My Dad and I bought Pontiac Vibe from Dependable, on our way home we realized the Radiator fan was not functioning properly, it was broken. When I called them back to explain the issue, dependable customer service told me that is my fault and I should fix by myself, interestingly enough that they offer a warranty when you are buying a car. After we replaced the fan ( approximate cost $400), my mechanic showed to me few more issues with the car. A few days later, we came back and asked for money back, but they don't want to hear it. However, after few hours of discussion, we were able to exchanged for Toyota Avalon, but paid a premium price( KBB Value + 3K on top). Worst experience ever... Avoid them.

B&b auto helm and avp are all 1 u buy a car from b&b they do enough to where u can drive it until the warranty runs out and once it runs out u pretty much stuck u take it to avp to the mechanics and tell tell u wat they think but they will finance your coast and labor if u go threw helm they have ways u keep u down I'm in that same situation now never again will I buy from them or use any of their business they all suck

I can't wait for all the traveling I'm going to do with my new car!

Dependable Auto Outlet really picks out the best cars to sell to their customers. Condition is nearly like new. The tires needed a little bit of air but Dependable Auto Outlet fixed it for me before I left. I feel at ease that they give you a 1 year warranty since it's my first car and a pre-owned one.

Recently came to Dependable Auto Outlet to buy my first car. Originally I was planning to get a hyundai or honda hatchback but I ended up leaving with a Volvo sedan. The whole staff was really friendly and accommodating. Sue and Bill answered all my concerns regarding the car, they are really dedicated folks to this Mom and Pop shop. They've been in business for over 30 years. I'm really happy with my new car, I got it for a great price and it's still within my budget.

We talked and worked out a great deal, the car came with a 1 year warranty and they had all the inspections done, the car arrived really recently, it's only been at the lot for a week. I fell in love the moment I sat inside, interior was great, everything is well kept. The engine was clean. The trunk was tidy.

I never looked into Volvo or considered it because I always thought it would be out of my budget as my first car but Dependable Auto Outlet made it happen for me.

Never buy any Car from this Idiot Dealer, they assured me that car is in excellent condition. Mike "Mustache" is the sales man and take me for test drive and told me that car is running very smooth and does not have any problems. within two weeks of purchase its transmission failed, the car is not moving in Reverse Gear. i called this Jerk and he is giving me excuses. once you buy they will not take any responsibilities. i make a mistake by not finding any reviews of this dealer. but now i know and i hope no one buy anything from this IDIOTS.

Don't do it!!!!! They took me for a ride too. They assured me the car "needed" nothing. It broke down on the way home $570.00 in repairs later and know I find out it has a major oil leak. The dealer & "Mustache" are giving me the run around. Little do they know I have a warranty and they will honor it because I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

Never ever dream of buying a car f'rom this place no matter the deal they give u, The sales guy, Michael is a con, they knew the problems in the car and didnt inform me, after getting home with the car, i realised the engine light was on. having a 30 day warranty, i called Michael n he kept on giving me excuses, i finally had to go to a dealership to get it fixed and i payed the cost on my own even though i had warranty. Sales guy said they r not responsible for "engine light on". save urself the hussle of having to deal with dependable auto. Itz a NO NO place to go.

Bought a 2005 Cadillac Deville in February 2011. Before I bought it I asked them to get a PA sticker put on it through an inspection. I was insured the car was in great order. Purchased car and when we got it back home I noticed it was leaking transmission fluid. Now an inspection mechanic would have noticed all the transmission fluid caked on the underside from it leaking but the dealer chose to not tell me about the issue and just sell the car. The leaking is coming from a broken bushing in the transmission case. The bill is $1450.00 to drop the case and make the repair.



They are slick -save your time and money just don't buy a thing from them to be sure.
