They hook me up every time I need service or parts. Ive been a customer for 3 years, he's the only honest mechanic I have met, if you tired of getting shafted by other mechanics, I highly recommend JDM midwest

I bought a used Honda Accord off them (8/21/2015) and it was advertised as needs nothing - great gas saver. On the way home (about 20 miles away) the accord began to overheat very quickly when stopped, Confirmed with two mechanics that it has a blown head gasket that same day. Owner refuses to respond to calls or text. Even told them I am willing to pay for parts if they would do the labor. They are a JDM shop, they clearly knew it had a blown head gasket!!! He texted me and said sold As is, I understand that but you falsely advertised your car. ~Karma~ ****Update*****Thanks for the info Terry and hopefully we can help others from being scammed by this place.

Not only did the car have a leak in the head gasket it also had a crack in the head. Mechanic said it had the wrong radiator fan installed and parts had been zip tied on! I truly have a hard time believing people can be this dishonest and look you right in the face and say everything is ok with it. What goes around comes around and eventually you will rip off the wrong person. Must have needed my money to add a new part on your NSX or Supra!

Took my Civic, in for a transmission issue I knew It needed one. I'm a Honda /Toyota tech had to many things going on so no big deal right" the priced seemed ok. I had them replace the transmission. Got it home and found some of the WORST repairs I have EVER seen." Lose caliper bolts did not even top of the fluid let along change it..Had a noise at low speeds took it back and they SORRY your out warranty. I ended up finding the noise it was where they installed a the trans and it was cocked due, to a dowel pin incorrectly installed, long short of it the WHOLE job had to redone. I took them to court and won but there still NOT paid me yet" So I'm forced to put a lien on JDM.
