        Overall

        Awful customer service. Really unprofessional approach in an industry that really relies on the ability to understand a client's needs and address them. The reason why we dropped our Kaiser coverage is that they were the only wheelchair contractor available to us. Shame on Kaiser for contracting with this organization, and continuing to do so year after year.
