This is my first time eating here , the people in the front desk was so attentive and polite! I have work in hospitality for a long time and I believe that the service was incredible! I also enjoyed the taste of the food! It's actually traditional Chinese! You can pick if you want the regular Chinese-American menu or the real Chinese food menu, they explained me with lots of detail which dish was good on the menu based on other people feedback and suggested me good plates. Overall I would recommend the place, it looks clean and waaay better than other places.
It's been a while I didn't come here for lunch and was surprised by the food quality and the presentation now. It's delicious!!The lunch special is very good price, $7.25 come with either veggie spring roll or soup (you pick one). I finished the entire order and I'm stuffed!!! Now sitting in the office and feel like I need a nap in such a freezing afternoon@_@ I'll come here more often for the lunch and will get my family here for dinner. I love the new chef who cooks the real authentic Cantonese food! !
Absolutely terrible! I went here on friday - two days ago with my father. i thought the food tasted okay but the atmosphere was dirty. there was a roach that crawled by and we found hair in our food. i went on yelp and left them a review only to get a message back from the owner/employee calling me a "lier" and accusing me of writing a terrible review because i mentioned that my father owned a chinese restaurant as well. i only left my personal honest review only to get backlash from them. they also told me to prove it and bring my receipt back in to show them. i will NEVER come back here. HORRIBLE customer service and it is disgusting! how dare they. absolutely no apology about how the conditions were or anything. they made a yelp account immediately to write against my review. pathetic.
My family has been eating at Red Pepper for many years. They deliver consistent, great food, and is perfect for our palate and price range. They remember my family and welcome us when we eat in, although we mostly pick up some fried rice or kung pao chicken and eat at home.
