Shade Agency

Dealing with the agent I dealt with through this agency was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. This agent mishandled my dealings with this company so horribly that I am still reeling. I had to inlist my attorneys help with this and his secretary said that when she called, she couldn't believe how unprofessionally she was treated. She said that she would NEVER recommend this agency nor would she consider using it herself. This agent called me a liar multiple times over the phone and at one point, even used an obcsenity. This Woman's name was Sherri Macdonald. Not sure of spelling. I intend to lodge a complaint with not only Motorists Mutual, but also with the Ohio Commision of Insurance. I have witnesses and written proof that this woman blatently lied to me numerous times.
