Wealth Management
A Colorado native, Ryan was destined for the investment business. Long before helping his grandfather and uncle - George and Russ Diachok - start Geneos in 2002, Ryan began working full time in the broker/dealer business. His over 20 years of experience have encompassed stints in the marketing, operations, trading and compliance departments at both Geneos Wealth Management and Multi-Financial Securities. Today, having assumed the role of CEO in 2020, Ryan is responsible for the firm’s highly selective recruitment efforts, day to day operations of the home office as well as the overall strategic direction & vision. He holds Series 7, 24, 31 and 66 licenses as well as Health and Life Insurance licenses. He lives in Parker Colorado with his wife Desiree and their three children. A passionate golfer, Ryan also enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Money Market Funds
Geneos offers an Insured Deposit Program (“IDP”) as well as money market funds as our core account sweep vehicle with our custodian, Pershing, LLC. The IDP is used to hold your cash balances in advisory accounts while awaiting reinvestment. The IDP generates financial benefits for Geneos which are a conflict of interest.

Fees for investment advisory services are based on a percentage of assets under management. The greater the assets you have in your advisory accounts, the more fees you will pay and, thus, Geneos and its IARs may have an incentive to encourage you to increase assets in the account.
