Terrible to deal with. I bought an accessory and tried to return it 2 days later. It had never been out of box. Not only would they not take it back but the owner (or manager, not sure which) actually hung phone up on me. I will never set foot in this store again.

Horrible attitudes! They are all know it alls and have their noses in the air. Go elsewhere if you can! Sales department will screw you for every penny that they can. Definately a dealer to avoid!

The store sold my husband a tool that did not work properly after they told them it would. When we tried to return the tool, the store said that the reason it didn't work was because my husband did not use the tool correctly and refused to refund our money (over $70). Very ppor customer service all the way around. I spoke with several employees NONE of which were helpful. Will not be using this store again.
