Was called the day before by office, and called 15 minutes before arrival on day of service. Was very professional. They were recommended to me and I will highly recommend them to others.

Customer services leaves a lot to be desired. They do not call their customers to let them know they are going to missing the appointment. Instead you are left leaving work early (missing pay) and then no one shows up. They also tell you they will be there on one of two days and don't call you either day to say if they are coming or not.



I understand the work depends on the weather at the time, but the weather does not keep you from calling a customer. I am not the only person having trouble getting a commitment out of them and are on the line about going through with the work. I cannot recommend this place.
