I am the owner of this company and I ensure everyone results of superior quality in the Auto Detail industry!

The guy made it seem like he was going to do a professional job and didn't. He returned my car 5 days later with stains that didn't come out as well as my car seats still being wet. He didn't clean everything in the car. My son's seatbelt still had crayon on it bc it wasn't cleaned, as well as, food spots near the driver's side. He messed up on the phone and told me that he didn't clean the back seat belts. He refused to refund my money and only offered that I either run my heat for an hour in the car to dry it or he would take the seats out and air dry them in the sun. Oh yeah, he called my vehicle trash and hung up on me. It's a 2007 Edge. Very unhappy and will NEVER recommend him to anyone. He is a liar and a joke!
