Champions Suzuki-Kawasaki

Purchased a scooter / motorcycle from this dealership in January of this year (2013). Salesman was great but everything else that happened afterwards I would have expected from a buy here pay here type of establishment, not a place owned by the Don Mealey chain of car dealerships. I had an accident on the bike in March and took it to the dealership for repairs. I had a few places to choose from but my insurance company and I decided on having Champions service it. That is when things went south. I don't want to drone on here because the conversations with the main office and with Richard Mealey (Don Mealey's son) who oversees this dealership could go on for ever but let's just say what came out of their mouths absolutely floored me.Here's my opinion of this organization and its management:Lacking in all areas of customer service after the sale.The Service department staff gives the impression they don't like being there.I have never have had such a negative experience than I have with this organization.
