Lane Apex Disposal Service

They didn't pick up my garbage and when I called said that my service was stopped because of non payment. Then the lady said oh I see we received your payment. Here we are a week latter and my garbage is sitting out on the curb even though my bill has been paid.



What's worse that they don't even bother to contact you to let you know that your service is being stopped or that they can't follow through with reactivation upon payment.



Starting to think they don't know what there doing. Oh and I still haven't gotten a letter or a phone call or anything about my account status so tell me where is the customer service.
