Dave is passionate about pest control. He's got over 35 years of experience in all types of pest extermination and goes to in-depth conferences on topics like bed bugs, carpenter ants and spiders. He teaches Extension classes on pest management. He's available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. serving the Eugene-Springfield area and greater Lane County, and if, heaven forbid, you should have some sort of critter emergency in the wee hours, Dave will change out of his pajamas and go right on over. At no extra charge. Ask the Bug Man is a local, family business. There are no subcontractors to drop the ball, so it's Dave's reputation on the line on every job, including yours. His clients come in not from advertising, but from referrals from other satisfied customers. The field team consists of Dave and his sons Dylan and Brandon. Dave's wife Julie keeps things running in the office. Because it's a small, personal operation, Dave offers a few things that are pretty remarkable. There's no travel charge for his services. No 'service' charge. And no extra charge for emergency after-hours work. Just looking for some information so you can do your own treatment? Dave would be glad to help you with that, too. (It's why we call our business Ask the Bug Man.) Because we're not one of those big companies with offices in a dozen cities and sales people in tiny cubicles trying to up-sell you, we can offer you personalized service. Our rates are reasonable and we treat each customer like our only customer. You'll like that. We won't try to sell you anything you don't need (nobody's on commission here) and we never make you sign a contract. We'll take the time to answer all of your questions and discuss your treatment options, especially where pets and children are involved.
