Lakeside Fiesta Mart

I am a business owner and have purchased a lot of fuel from Lakeside Fiesta Mart over the last year. I would also buy merchandise at their store upwards of $60 everytime I purchased fuel. However, today, when I went to Fiesta Mart the clerk, Petra, would not turn on my pump. Confused, I went into the store to ask why. I was informed their company policy had changed the week before. We had purchased fuel a few days earlier and were not told of any changes that would be coming. I was told I needed to walk back out to the pumps and tell my husband to lift the handle and press the pay inside key. She would not even use the intercom. Then the clerk informed me I would need to return to the store and stand at the counter while my husband pumped the fuel. I was offended at this treatment. We have never written a bad check, however, the clerk gave the impression I wasn't to be trusted. We do work for people all the time and are paid when the job is completed. We do not treat our customers with disrespect and we do not make them stand at our counter and wait until we are finished with their job. It used to be convienent to fuel up, buy snacks for the office, etc. at Fiesta Mart. It is no longer convienient.. They have lost our business. I hope they learn to treat people with a little respect.
