The Tire Choice

Rick Johnson Auto and Tire provides fair and a trustworthy service. His staff have years of experience and truly care about their customers needs. They have gone the extra mile time and time again to provide good service to me and my family. I have never had a problem with them for over 6 years. I have had them to my brakes, any engine problems, and regular tune ups for both my husband and I. I can t say enough about Rick Johnson Auto and Tire.

You would think I should have learning my lesson the first time I took my car in for an oil change - they told me it would take 6 hours and I was the first customer in the morning at opening. Second time I took the car, they changed the oil, but couldn't rotate the tires due to mine requiring a lug nut key, couldn't for the life of them seem to know to how to use it - scary. Needless to say, I will never take my car to them again.

These are some of the most dishonest mechanics around at top dollar prices. Last time in, they tried to get me to believe that I needed a new radiator even though I had just replaced it 3 weeks prior! Had another mechanic check it out, no issues with the radiator. I heard they work on commission here too so beware of the up sell even if you don't need it. Stay away!!!

Honest place very friendly took great carr of me

For the past four years I have had tons of work done on my cars at the Bonita Beach Rd station... and have been VERY happy. Imagine my suprise, when I walked into the Miromar station at 5:30 (6 closing time)yesterday and was refused service or help w/ a tire that was rapidly losing air. I advised the man behind the counter that I had 3 small kids in the car, 15 miles left to go (half interstate) I looked pregnant and it was raining. He advised me to come back in the morning. In tears I repeated the urgency : I could not keep air in my tire and I had 3 small kids in the car. Twice, I asked for the nearest competitor and he shrugged his shoulders 'Sorry, come back tomorrow" Luckily, a customer in the station witnessed the whole thing and directed me to Tire Choice. I barely made it 1.5 miles to Tire Choice and ended up needing a new tire ($200).Now I have learned they recently restructured the Bonita station
