The Bonita Bay Group is a privately owned, diversified company involved in the planning, development, sales and management of master-planned communities, free-standing recreational amenities and commercial facilities throughout Southwest Florida. The company employs more than 1,500 individuals and has developed seven master-planned communities Bonita Bay, The Brooks, Shadow Wood Preserve, Mediterra, TwinEagles, Verandah and Sandoval along with 12 golf courses and two marinas. Bonita Bay is the benchmark by which other master-planned communities are measured. Intimate neighborhoods of single-family, villa, coach and carriage homes, as well as luxury high-rise towers, overlook the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay, lakes, golf courses and nature preserves. More than 1,400 of the communities 2,400 acres remain open space, including 230 acres of lakes, expansive nature preserve areas and 12 miles of bicycle and walking paths.
