I brought in a class C motor home which had extensive water damage on the over the cab structure. It required a total rebuild. Don, JR and crew showed integrity, honesty and meticulous attendance to details during the entire repair process, and gave me a rebuilt structure which is better than new. I am impressed with the honest culture and dedication to quality that this business possesses. It's seems a carry over from the days of quality and good service (Christian ethics plays a large part). Plus I got a free RV detail on completion. I highly recommend Sonrise for RV needs.
JR and the staff are very friendly and very helpfull they told me on a couple things dont bother you dont need that and it saved me money . they are very thourough and meticulus on there work ive been a customer for about 4 yrs and will continue to go there i have a 38 ft toy hauler ....
Over the past several years they have done a number of jobs on my toy hauler and they were friendly, had better pricing, an got the job done on time. When I had floor damage from leakage they gave me several options and recommendations as well guidance on preventative maintenance. I haven't had a need to use them for the past couple of years so I'm not sure if personnel changes have changed the level of service but I found the owner to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
If you want RV parts, go somewhere else! I've been there 3 times and each time the parts rep had a chip on his shoulder. He complained for 5 minutes for my asking him one question about a product there, then he took a customer phone call and insulted the caller's intelligence after hanging up. Why have a parts counter if you can't stand talking to customers?

Provided by SuperpagesI recently went by Sonrise to have my tow-hauler's electrical system repaired. They were very helpful (and at no cost) in checking out the issues, testing the system, and providing me with a breakdown of recommendations and costs. Most importantly they took the time to educate me and provide advise on things I could repair myself, options for saving money, and explanations on which parts might be better and why. It was a very positive experience for me. I had already scheduled an appointment with another repair facility and was not happy with the initial charges I was going to incur before even knowing what was wrong with my vehicle. The Sonrise staff were extremely courteous and helpful as well as insuring I spent my money wisely. It was nice finding someone more interested helping than in taking money out of my wallet.
