Wilderness Beverages

We have gotten water from them for years, but of late service has declined to below poor due to the owner. We got water once every 6-8 weeks and went behind on our bill from the last delivery to the next (6-8 weeks). My wife called for water and they never brought any, she called back and they said that they could not have the bill go that long without being paid. But at that time the bill was paid so what is the problem deliver Water?! 2 more weeks passed (5 weeks since wife called for water) and I called and told them forget it they can come and get the bottles and send us the deposit money, we will use Norway Springs instead. He agreed but that was almost two months ago and the bottles are still sitting on my deck awaiting pickup and who knows how long it will be before he refunds the deposit. He should change the name of his company to Angry Old Man Beverages fits more of his customer service style.
