Pro Transmission

I gave them my BMW and after letting them fix it the first time, it didn't even last a day without having the same problem. I thought I would give gen another chance and sent it back to them after giving them more money, when it should've been fixed the first time. After the second time I picked it up, the problem was still there and I was stuck on the side of the highway again. DO NOT go here.

I had a problem with my '95 BMW 525i transmission not shifting properly about 50% of the time. I've owned this model E34 BMW (in various years) for over 14 years and, as a technician, I'm quite familiar with them. They said it needed a total rebuild for cost of 2490.49$.



Got car back and now won't shift properly 100% of the time. Took back a second time and they could not find problem. Said may be electrical problem and we can't fix.



Now after spending 2490.49$ stuck with car in worse condition than when I brought it in. After 146.11$ diagnostics fee from another shop, they did confirm there was a problem.



Took in for third time and found it was simply a dirty switch under the shifting console. Asked to speak to the owner many times to receive my 146.11$ back for the trouble it took me to get this resolved. However, I was never allowed to speak with him and was told no to the reimbursement.



I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to take their business there!

Pro Transmission fixed my car for half the money that the dealer wanted to charge me. The dealer told me I needed a new transmission, but Pro Transmission rebuilt it. I even got a warranty and my car runs great. The service was really good. They gave me a ride home and brought my car back to me when it was done. I appreciate their hard work and great service.
