Ennis All Star Bowl LLC

This place was so unorganized and the main guy with the ponytail was so freaking rude. First off I booked a party weeks ahead of time with a $25 dollar deposit. I didn't receive any kind of confirmation or courtesy call prior to the party. That being said guess what...they triple booked the place and I was stuck with the left overs for a party. I get there about 15 mins early to make sure I was able to set up etc. The main guy was so rude, I asked for the house balls and offered to help but he made a rude comment about already having them. He was not only rude to me my party guests were dealt the same fate.Even the young kid helping put bumpers on the lanes was a jerk. I had the preference to put bumpers on both of my lanes and being as it was a party for kids I said yes to do one lane only. When I realized that no adult would be playing I told the kid to put them on the second lane. He replied "Yeah I'll do it I hope you aren't like the others". He was referring to the party that was a few lanes down and they were being bad. Anyways luckily my daughter didn't get his wrath but she had a great time with her friends. So if you are thinking about doing a party here please reconsider. The service wasn't the best and there are no guarantees that you won't get double booked like I did.

This was by far my worst experience from any bowling alley. The staff were rude and lazy, they did not care about the customer and their prices are not clear. I went to go pay and found out that the price of a game was $2 PER PERSON, and when I arrived I was only told "we have a 3$ shoe rental and $2 games" I took the kids I was babysitting as part of the kids bowl free summer program, we played 2 extra games and I ended up spending $25. It was ridiculous. The food stand was also unattended and dirty. Our balls kept getting stuck and we would have to wait for the lazy staff to decide to go reset it. I am never going back and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Not worth it

great food and prices. the prices are on par or cheaper than everywhere else, including the 2 closest bowling alleys. the new owners are great and remodeled the entire alley and resurfaced the lanes. the previous owners ran it into the ground. these people are doing everything they can to bring more entertainment to ennis.

They charged us double the games and their machines keep freezing up and they had to keep resetting them. I played 7 games they said we played 13 in 2 hours with 5 people (2 kids) so i don't think that's possible. Rip off!!!!
