If you can, avoid DCI Sanitation!
Absolutely atrocious customer service! Terrible ways of running a business, they don't update customer's accounts or look for an update before sending out the drivers on routes. Why bother checking for an update or any changes before sending out trucks and loaders? Then you can watch the drivers look at your trash beside the curb and drive off. Meaning, you could not have your trash picked up, because they (the office staff) doesn't want to get into the office early. Literally what I was told.They don't want to be bothered with doing their jobs. No one in the office/on the phone have an idea of what's going on. Several people give separate answers to questions that conflict each other. If they let you talk, that is without them trying to speak over you. There's no signed contract of any kind in place and they feel the need/privilege to add fees and charges as they see fit. Just burn your trash, you're better off that way. At least then you only have to depend on yourself, because you cannot depend on them to do anything. Well, aside from not knowing what's going or having a straight answer. Again, Terrible company and horrible customer service.
