        Penobscot Cleaning is the best...

        Penobscot Cleaning is the best carpet cleaner I have hired. They were professional, arrived on time, and the men who did the cleaning were very respectful of my property. They were able to get my cleaning done within 1 week of my calling to schedule my appointment. I was very happy with them and would reccommend this company to anyone who is looking for carpet cleaning.

        Carpet Problems?????

        I will tell you dont waste your time calling Penobscot cleaners They will give an attitude as if its to much trouble to come clean a rug,,I mean this is what they are supposed to do..They dont want to travel 25 miles to do a job and then they put you on a waiting list for 2-3 weeks just incase they have any other people that call them for jobs.And if they dont you wait longer. They were not willing to even make an appt to come clean my rug....Dont waste your time and money on this company....

        heatherd1, I am not sure where you are located, but wanted to let you know that no matter where you are if you are in our travel area for carpet cleaning we are more than happy to schedule your cleaning. Unfortunately if it is beyond the 25 mile area we are unable to give you the package deals and if we do not have other jobs we do have to charge a travel fee to cover the fuel, mileage and technicians time. I am so sorry you had such a bad experience on the call you placed to us in 2009 and would love the opportunity to speak with you regarding the cleaning of your carpets should you want to call me.
