Fast forward to present day, there are now 13 Burtons locations spread throughout South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart. Under Burtons current management, customer service and affordability are the key focus. Burtons also makes a conscious effort to use eco-friendly practices in their day-to-day procedures.

        Overall

        The attendants here are the worst. I've been coming here for months with no issue. I just ignore them like they ignore me. The ONE time I have a problem the woman sneered at me when I talked to her about it. Then she walked to the wrong person to help. Then seemed miffed I didn't sing her praises when she dislodged a quarter from a machine.
