Crackaway Engine Machine

Rick Gray at Crackaway pretty much ruined my Mustang. He did work that I specifically told him not to do -- including modifying the cam -- and then charged me for it. The result was a car that was unpleasant to drive and nothing like what I had told him I wanted. . . . . .



To add insult to injury (this was before I saw what he did to my car, of course): At the time Rick said his business was slow and he was short of cash. Foolishly I loaned him several thousand dollars. Many years later I'm still waiting for him to pay me back. . . . . .



I can't think of one reason for anyone to have Rick work on their car.

Hey Rick, thank for being the most rude person over the phone. Raising your voice over someone and trying to rip them off and saying no other shop will do it for that price. You're wrong. Worst customer service and why your shop is a one star.
