        They damaged my plate, remade ...

        They damaged my plate, remade it without telling me, called me to tell me it was ready, after picking it up and placing it next to older plates the size was different and the colors didn't match. Very unprofessional to not let your customer know there was a problem and than try and mask it only for the customer to find out on their own hours latter. Now another 2 trips and another lost week on displaying the name. Very unhappy!

        C&T Specialties offers great products and services. Their staff is always friendly, too. They are a small shop located in Elk Grove, but worth it if you need good service.
