Three Bears Property Management

I rent one of your properties in Huntingdon, TN. Your manager and maintenance men are a HUGE disappoint! We have leaks in 5 different places, portions of the ceiling are falling down in 4 rooms, black mold, floors falling in, has almost shifted off the blocks on one end of the trailer. I have been cursed at, name called, and screamed at by your manager til I was brought to tears. He has not made one repair that we have requested since moving in, in May of 2010. Something needs to be done. Your property is being mismanaged.
